Now to be honest some of the downloads left something to be desired but others were great. You can search by band, artist name, song, guitar sound etc. A few are already included but there are supposedly some 10,000 available on the cloud. It then opens up a whole world of sounds, presets and downloads.

To fully utilize this to its max you have to download and use the Spark software and connect to the Spark via bluetooth. Having the option to play using headphones is just a great option. It is really perfect for home use though and for people in apartments like myself it is a perfect tool. This is really not to be used with a band though in a small basement rehearsal playing at low volumes you could use it. The speakers sound very nice for such small speakers in a very small box. The knobs all have a nice sweep and give a nice range of tones. Upon first plugging in I was able to get a really nice clean sound. Its actually pretty easy once you get the feel of how things work.

I advise people to check out a few before and right after receiving one of these. You have to figure things out for yourself. It just has a one page instruction sheet telling you what all the dials do. If I had one complaint it was there are virtually no instructions on use. The back has power, USB, aux and bluetooth. There is also a built in tuner and you can add 4 presets you set yourself. There is an input jack and headphone jack with its own volume knob. there are volume, master volume and output knobs as well as bass, treble and middle in addition to mod, delay and reverb. There are knobs for a preset switch for various things like acoustic,bass, clean, glassy, crunch, high gain and metal. It was solid, tight, all jacks, knobs and power switch seemed good. Upon unboxing the amp looked nicely made.

I am guessing this isn't a very big company and probably manufacture more to order than stocking a warehouse full of these and that also causes delays. I have plenty of things to play through so it wasn't like it was a high priority. After reading so many of the earlier horror stories I wasn't expecting it very fast so this was okay. It took about 3 weeks or so from order to my house. My friend suggested this and for this price with its functionality for both bass and guitar it just offered so much more. I was actually looking for a practice amp for bass as after 50+ years of playing guitar and with so much downtime due to the virus situation I decided to take on a new challenge. I got it on a 25% off special so got it for $225.
